Cordell was energetic, honest, and spot on with his building advice. His team were thoughtful, diligent and on time. We would highly recommend Cordell and his team for renovations and new builds.

After doing our place he then went on to do a major renovation for our son. Both jobs were completed on time, and our families fully endorse his workmanship.

I found working with Cordell and his team a dream. Communication was a key factor in the build as we were renovating a 100 year old warehouse which had fallen into disrepair. My plans were in my head, no draftsman but Cordell was able to bring them to fruition, and we converted what was a neglected building into a much talked about masterpiece. The build took about 12 months as we were in covid, so we had to contend with building material shortages which sometimes caused delays but also allowed time to tweek the build. 

 With positive input from CJD constructions, I was able to make my dream a reality, and now I have a beautiful emporium that will stand another 100 years.

Cordell was great with coming up with different ideas that we hadn't thought of, and assisting with the design process and coming along to any appointments we had to give guidance or talk through different scenarios. Even when we came across a few delays and bumps along the way, Cordell and the team continued to be extremely responsive to us and always keeping us in the loop with what was going on.
