Since 2020, CJD Constructions co. has been delivering high-end residential builds, luxury renovations, and seamless extensions across Dubbo and the Central West. Led by Master Builder Cordell Dickson, the CJD team brings a refined, contemporary approach to luxury design and construction in the region.
Having grown up in the Dubbo community, Cordell has a deep understanding of the specific lifestyle needs in the Central West and seamlessly incorporates luxury elements typically found in the world’s most designer destinations.
In 2023, Cordell's partner, Emma, joined the team full-time, bringing her extensive business management expertise to further elevate CJD’s offerings.
Together with their team, Cordell and Emma are excited to continue pushing the boundaries of design and construction in their much-loved Dubbo community.

Cordell
Cordell has always been driven to deliver excellence in the local construction industry and has over 10 years of experience building homes across western New South Wales.
After establishing a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, Cordell decided to channel his specialised skills and expertise into his own business, creating a refined and elevated offering in luxury design and construction with CJD Constructions co.
Since the business launched in 2020, Cordell has grown the team to six and continues to invest in the team’s development and training, ensuring the latest in innovation and design are passed on to the project owners. This includes certification in the application of Cemher Microcement, transforming spaces with a sought-after Mediterranean finish.
As often as he can, Cordell travels with his partner Emma, bringing home new inspiration from every corner of the globe.
Emma
Emma is CJD’s first point of contact and oversees the business administration and development. With a wealth of experience across the banking, accounting, and construction sectors, she brings a diverse skill set to the CJD team.
Also hailing from the Central West, Emma shares Cordell’s vision of bringing industry-leading, luxury new builds and renovations to the region they both proudly call home.
Emma also handles the team’s marketing and is often on-site, documenting project progress and showcasing the crew at their best.
